Sid is a yellow cleaner in a very bright and colourful 3D world made up of ramps, slides and long paths. It's your job to send him off in the right direction, cleaning up all the levels and steering clear of all blue ghost-type security robots. Sound familiar?
Well yes, this definitely owes a debt to PacMan but it's a very worthy reincarnation. The levels are fantastic fun and Sid is a great little character gobbling up all the mess. Each stage scrolls further and further giving it much more depth than that other game with the hungry yellow man. The colour makes it very eye-catching and the controls, although a little slippery at first, soon become second nature. You can nudge the direction you want to take Sid before he gets to a junction making it nice and fast to play. It's a good-looking remake that pushes PacMan into the future.
